Parenting Skills Online is a website offering an online parenting course to professionals and individuals. In this Privacy Policy, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25th May 2018, we explain how we are processing your personal data, what type of personal data these activities involve, the purpose and the legal basis. We also explain when your personal data is disclosed to a third party.

This Privacy Policy applies to our collection, use and processing of your personal data. We collect, use and process your personal information when you use or show active interest in our services. This includes when you use our website, download any free content, purchase an online course, write to us with an inquiry or communicate with us by phone, e-mail, social media or request information on our online course. We store your data if you sign up on our website to receive newletters and in order to download free content or purchase an online course. The data may include: name, email, mobile, city/region/country. We collect this data for communication with you, for potential upcoming courses that may be of interest to you, statistics, to personalise content or for other marketing purposes. We use your data for sending you occasional relevant information, parenting inspiration or updates about our current course and/or future courses that may be of interest to you. You can opt out from any email by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the end of the email. We do not sell your personal data for marketing purposes to other companies.

We may only share your personal data:
With our third-party service providers, who perform operations or work on our behalf as data processors (Google Analytics, Mailchimp), but only for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy and in line with GDPR.

How long:

We keep your data until you actively opt out from our mailing and request deletion.

We use cookies to personalise content, to provide social media features and to analyse our traffic. We may also share information about your use of our site with our social media, advertising and analytics partners (Google Analytics, MailChimp) who may combine it with other information that you’ve provided to them or that they’ve collected from your use of their services.
